PRE/END OF TENANCY CLEANING
End of Tenacy Cleaning
Deep cleaning service that takes place when a tenancy
has terminated or the owner occupiers are moving out
to rent out the property.
Cleaning Specification:
- Empty and disinfect all rubbish bins and dispose
of rubbish in a suitable area.
- Kitchen - Clean and sanitise thoroughly throughout
to include sink area, counter tops, interior and
exterior of all cupboards, drawers.
- All appliances to include fridge, oven, grill,
extraction fan, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster
etc.
- Clean all utensils, crockery and cutlery.
- Ensure that all of the kitchen appliances are
all clean and empty.
- Clean dishwasher.
- Dispose of all foodstuffs or consumables and stow
crockery in cupboards.
- Clean Bathrooms - Clean, de-scale and sanitise
thoroughly throughout to include sink, toilet, bath,
shower, tiled surfaces, counter tops, shower curtains,
shelves, mirrors and extractor fans. Replace toilet
rolls.
- Clean floor (mop or vacuum).
- Clean Lounge - Thoroughly clean and dust all furniture,
window sills, skirting boards, dado rails, picture
frames, electrical appliances, light switches and
door handles.
- Straighten sofa.
- Thoroughly vacuum all carpet areas, mop and disinfect
all hard flooring.
- Thoroughly vacuum all soft furnishings (to include
other cushions).
- Damages or faulty equipment are reported to client.
- Check all light bulbs are in working order, replace
where necessary.
